How does the credit system work?
e-KYC.lu credits are prepaid and can be used for KYC file screenings as well as certified training courses. You purchase a credit pack (50, 110 or 300 credits) and use them at your own pace. Each screening or training session consumes a defined number of credits. Detailed usage history is available in your dashboard.
Are the training courses certified?
Yes, all our AML/CFT training courses award a valid, traceable certification. At the end of each course, a minimum pass mark is required (for example 80% for the Compliance Officer course). A PDF certificate is automatically generated and can be presented during CSSF audits.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All sensitive data is encrypted with an individual per-file password. Our platform is fully GDPR-compliant, with a DPIA (Art. 35) and a record of processing activities (Art. 30). Data is hosted in Luxembourg and never leaves European territory.
